Het symposium is vrij toegankelijk voor zowel leden als niet-leden van ICTMD Belgium. Niet-leden kunnen hun eigen lunch meebrengen of tijdens de pauze de stad ingaan. Wie samen met de leden wil lunchen kan nog lid wil worden van ICTMD Belgium vóór 14 december 2025.
Om de lezingen bij te wonen, kan je je hier inschrijven, eveneens vóór 14 december.
