The MIM pays special attention to visitors with mental, physical, or social vulnerabilities. Whatever the needs of the group, the guide will do everything possible to ensure that everyone feels welcome and respected. Music and musical instruments provide the basis for a rich experience of exchange and interaction for all. Activities may include hands-on exploration, a “musical bath,” musical games, listening, observation, and discussion, adapted to the participants’ abilities.
A preliminary meeting with the group leader is scheduled to tailor the program as effectively as possible. A visit to the workshop is optional.
The museum is fully accessible for visitors with reduced mobility, thanks to several facilities: an access ramp at the entrance, an elevator, adapted toilets, folding seats available at the welcome desk, and two designated parking spaces in front of the museum.
