This tour offers a broad overview of the MIM’s collections, remarkable for their diversity. With the guide, you will travel through time and across the globe—from Brussels accordions to Aztec teponaztles, from Ruckers harpsichords to the theremin.
The tour also provides a glimpse behind the scenes of museum work: How are collections formed? How does an instrument enter the museum, and how are collections managed? This tour is an ideal first introduction to the MIM.
