Hu! Exhibition — Film History Fixers — 19:00 to 00:45
Women have long been erased from music history. Female composers, musicians and writers have seen their works attributed to others, forgotten or destroyed. In this film created by the Hu! sextet, led by Karen van Schaik, together with director Zaur Kourazov, the musicians stage an “inverted burglary” at the MIM: a playful and committed attempt to set the historical record straight.
