The MIM pays particular attention to children and young people with mental, physical, or social disabilities. Whatever the specific needs of the group, the guide will do everything possible to ensure that everyone feels welcomed and respected. Musical instruments are at the heart of an enriching experience of exchange and interaction for all.
Activities may include hands-on exploration, a “musical bath,” musical games, listening, observation, and dialogue, adapted to the abilities of the participants. A preliminary contact with the group leader is arranged to tailor the program as effectively as possible. A visit to the workshop is available but not mandatory.
